Brandy Browning is the Magnolia School District Teacher of the Year!

Congratulations to Brandy Browning, the 2017 Magnolia School District Teacher of the Year.  She was elected in the district-wide election and will now represent the District in the Arkansas Teacher of the Year competition.

Mrs. Browning teaches Physical Science, Pre-AP Physical Science, and Pre-AP Biology at Magnolia  Junior High School. Brandy is a 2001 graduate of Southern Arkansas University and began her career with the Lafayette County School District. She has taught science at MJHS for the last seven years and is currently the MJHS Science Department Chair and serves on the campus leadership team. This year, Mrs. Browning also served as a mentor teacher to new teachers in the District.
Brandy is married to Steve Browning and has two sons, Cade and Mason. She is a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
